Getting Fit in Your 50s: My Struggles and Wins

This video is about the struggles and wins of getting fit in your 50s, and how the Daz deals with them. I’ll share why I decided to get fit in my 50s, and what are the main challenges I face, such as finding the right type of exercise, staying motivated and consistent, and coping with the psychological and emotional aspects of ageing. I also give some tips and examples of the exercises that I enjoy and that suit my abilities and preferences, such as rowing, Assault Bike work, swimming, and kettlebell training. I explain how I set realistic and specific goals, track my progress, celebrate my achievements, and make exercise more fun and convenient. I also talk about how I practice positive self-talk and gratitude, remind myself of the benefits of getting fit, appreciate my body, and support and learn from others in the fitness community.
